{"id":578,"date":"2013-11-18T11:33:34","date_gmt":"2013-11-18T11:33:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ptbf.pl\/?p=578"},"modified":"2013-11-18T11:38:56","modified_gmt":"2013-11-18T11:38:56","slug":"icnaam-2014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ptbf.pl\/?p=578","title":{"rendered":"ICNAAM 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"center\">We have a pleasure to invite you to the <b>Symposium on Theoretical and <\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>Numerical modeling of Biomembranes<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">in conjunction with<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">International Conference of Numerical Analysis and Applied Mathematics<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">(ICNAAM 2014)<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Biomembranes, surrounding individual cells and organelles inside of eukaryotic cells, form barriers that separate inside from out and allow the existence of life processes.\u00a0Therefore, their structure and properties have been a vital part of the research for many years now.\u00a0 However, due to their complex nature, experimental studies have to be complemented by theoretical and computational investigations in order to provide a holistic understanding of biomembranes. The symposium welcomes all researches and students interested in biomembranes research based on theoretical approaches. The studies should be presented in a way to enable a dialog between theory and experiments and, subsequently, to encourage experimental verification of the presented ideas.
